The Roman Empire

The brilliant work produced at home has been used in lessons a lot this term! We have been learning more about the Roman Empire and the Roman invasion of Britain.

Where did the Romans build roads in Britain and what were they like?

Brilliant Roman quizzes produced as homework. The rest of the class are really enjoying answering the questions.

Mastery Maths

Children chose challenges to calculate, find all possibilities, use a system and embed methods learnt throughout the year.

Estimation Station #22

Well - we were unusually nowhere near with our estimates this week! However, the closest still won the certificate. Well done! This was very tricky this week!!

Green Screen Fun

A group of children asked to stay in at lunchtime to work on a green screen project. Excellent work!

Star writer

Congratulations for all the effort and hard work you have put into your writing sessions with Mrs Atkinson, we loved listening to your adventure story!

Cooking certificates

We received 'ninja-cooking skills' certificates for taking part in Food Revolution Day.

Not all fun and games...

Working hard during assessment week!

Something unusual...

Children watched a video clip about wasps nests and then got to see/touch one before writing about it!
