Soliloquy Planning

In literacy, we are learning about features of different writing genres. Children learnt about soliloquies and writing with a viewpoint. They started to plan their soliloquies from the perspective of a Roman legionary, the evening before going to battle with the Celts. They considered what they would feel, fear and think and used these headings to organise their thoughts and ideas.

Some children were chosen to dress a roman solider and read their plan to the class.
