All aboard!!!

We enjoyed a wonderful day to kick off our Polar Express literacy unit. Everyone came to school dressed in their pyjamas and they found a room full of snowflakes and the sound of a steam train... 

The children all received a special ticket to board the Polar Express and were treated to hot chocolate and a biscuit! After watching the beginning of the film children took part in a creative writing session.

It was a magical morning!!
